Return Policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

We believe you'll love your pieces from Sartika&Saja but if you do need to return an item - Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange, credit or refund.

In the event you want to return an item (within 21 days from date of purchase), we can offer a credit note only.

Refunds or exchanges will only be provided in the event that an item is not in its intended original condition or is damaged.

Refunds on shipping will not be provided for a change of mind. This includes ordering the incorrect size.

Credit notes will be given for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Have no damage or markings on the garment

Please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on swimwear. All eligible returns will need hangtags attached and hygiene stickers in place

Please note: change of mind also includes ordering the wrong size and the wrong color.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 



Late or missing refunds (faulty)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and the original packing slip which you received with your order.

Please email us at customercare@sartikasaja.com to lodge a return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customercare@sartikasaja.com and send your item to:

When returning the damaged or incorrect product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it. We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is in the returned package.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policies are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
